Lost Enhanced Podcast functionality... What is a good replacement?

Hi everyone. Just got a brand new MacBook Pro retina that has GarageBand X. As you know GBX has done away with podcast functionality. As a result, I don't know what to use to create enhanced podcasts. Can anyone make any good recommendations? I'm looking to take a 1 hour WAV file and chapter it into different sections with unique artwork, titles, and download links for each chapter.
