I had pre-ordered a CD, but only four songs downloaded onto my iTunes library. All of the other songs say purchased, but are shaded gray with nothing to click but the arrow next to it for sharing. How can I download the rest of the album? It's not even showing in my past purchases.

It sounds like the songs might be having issues downloading. To troubleshoot, try the following:
Signing out of your account in Settings > iTunes & App Store. Once signed out, go ahead and restart your iPhone, then sign back in.
