I downloaded ($1.99) Emoji keyboard as I was told it had great additions for emails. It's almost no different than the free version. Is there a way to have it removed and get a refund?

If you check the terms of iTunes, you will see it says that all sales are final. However, you can try to contact iTunes if you want and ask them. http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

Unfortunately. That is what there is about that "fine print" when you purchase things anywhere. At least it was only $1.99 and we waste more than that every day, right?
