Q: after using my 5th gen ipod touch last week in -20c, now it is slow to go from song to next song, about 3 sec delay, dont remember this happening before cold bout, it was on the outside pocket of my winter coat

I used my 5th gen i-pod touch in -20c weather up here in canada, it was in the outside pocket of winter coat, now when i click on another song, to advance...it takes about 3 seconds to respond, dont think it was like this (slow ) before cold useage......help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Extreme cold will interfere with the functioning of the phone. However, once the phone warms up, the problems should resolve themselves. It shouldn't have any lasting affect. Have you tried resetting your device by pressing and holding the Home button and power button until the silver apple appears?
