Since I download ios 7 my emails did not appear as a notification ( it is in notification centre) untill I go to mails, and waiting 2seconds for update. New email come only after updating. What is wrong? This way i cant receive and read emails immidiatly.

If you are not receiving notifications for emails, you may want to check to see if your email provider offers compatible push email and that your iPhone is set up to use it. You may find the following article about a similar issue for iCloud email helpful:
