Clipart for Pages/Keynote?
Is there a good place to go online to get a folder of clipart that I can add to my iPhoto for use with Pages/Keynote?

iPhoto only accepts bitmap art, not vector (drawn) artwork.
Pages itself accepts bitmap, vector, video, audio and vector (.eps, .pdf & .ai) all of which can be simply dragged in.
As far as sourcing clipart, google and you will get an enormous list of sources.
No point in advising what is good because I am a designer and my notion of quality may be different from yours.

Try here at openclipart.
Click on the image that you have interest. Pages can only handle png and pdf, not svg. If you click on the green buttons that show PNG or PDF, the file will be downloaded directly. If you choose small, medium, or big image options beneath the download button, they will appear in your browser, where you can right-click and save image as...

That provides a link not an actual .pdf download, not what the O.P. would want I think.
Apple is still making .svg awkward anywhere outside of browsers.

Peter,
If you click the green PDF square next to the window that contains the link, it downloads the PDF. I suspect the link is for those that want to embed the image, otherwise it is unnecessary.
I keep Inkscape nearby when I need svg.
Ahh these Linux/PC users, working right to left! 🙂

Thank you for the responses. I don't have a problem getting clipart when I have access to the internet, my hope is rather to download a folder of assorted clipart to have access to when I am not able to get online. Any reccommendations?
You could make a local folder named Clipart, and within it, categorical subfolders. Everytime you download clipart from the web, save appropriately in this local Clipart folder hierarchy.
I would create a new Bookmark folder called Clipart, and keep the better related web site links in there too.
I doubt any online source would have the clipart that you want, conveniently pre-packaged in a downloadable, compressed file folder.
Had some more time. Here are some free resources that will likely work in more recent versions of GIMP, Pixelmator, and Photoshop CS4+.

I see we haunt the same sites both Before & After! 😀

For years too. Whatever happened to the Australian publication: Design, or was it Design Illustrated?
There have been many excellent Australian Design and Photography magazines, but with the march of modern technology they have folded one by one. We are nearly all on the web now, print is largely dead.
tuts+ is still going strong, even though some of their ancillary websites seem to have taken a beating from pirates.
Sad time to be creative anything.
