why doesn't Gameprom fix my in app restore purchase? I purchased PinballHD ,then purchased Snow pinball but now I can't play it. it's inactive. I can't even repurchase within app. I sent many email to Gameprom asking them to resolve this problem but what they suggested didn't correct it. now they have closed my
costumer service acct. & will no longer reopen my request to fix problem. this is unfair ,irresponsible & unprofessional. many other costumers are experiencing the same. I read some comments from Gameprom site.
