How do i make the colors match with MB Pro Screen?

Help please!

But I cant get the same colors on my Thunderbolt-Display as those on my MB Pro (15' Retina, late 2013).

What I tried so far:

Same Profile is set on both.

Reset of Thunderbolt Display

Reset of MB Pro

Google, Google, Google...

So what else can I do?

check the Displays System Preferences pane. Choose System Preferences from the Apple () menu, then choose Displays from the View menu. From the preference pane you can adjust brightness on internal and Apple external displays on the Displays Tab, and calibrate your display from the Color tab.
