Hello, i want to update my iPhone 4s to ios7. thing is i use my phone's network for internet thus cant update using my phone. In iTunes there is an option to download ONLY which i want to use but that dosent show up whn i connect my iPhone.

I want to update my iPhone and not itunes. When i connected my phone there was an option which asked me to Download Only or Download n Update. I ignored it that time and selected never show me this message again. I regret it now. now this message dosent show up and i cant download ios 7 update. I dont have any option other thn updating directly using my phones internet which i cant do. Its very tricky situation. I hope i conveyed my message.

I m using iTunes 11 only. My point is how can i download ios7 using itunes. Only download and not update. I want to download the firmware file and use it later to update my phone on ios 7.
