Missing my purchased ITunes Ringtones on upgraded 5s

Where or where did my ringtones go? I recently upgraded to an IPhone 5s from an IPhone 4. Before I registered my new iphone, I resynced my 4 to ensure everything was there. All my purchased tones appeared in ITunes. I made sure that Tones were selected for syncing. So I went ahead and registered my new 5s using the data from my old 4, everything went as it was suppose to with the exception that my tones disappeared from ITunes library (no Tones category anywhere) and no tones downloaded to my new 5s after the update/registration. Where are they and how to I get them back? Also my 4 was running IOS 6 and of course the 5s is IOS 7 Thank you for assistance.
