Remove apps from iPad air

Restriction settings. This was the solution for my ipad issue. The restricrion was set to not allows apps to be deleted. Opened the restriction section in the general settings then turned on the delete app function.

Delete apps

Hold app down until they all wiggle then tap the 'X' to delete it. Tap the home button when done.

You can also remove the preinstalled apps by setting up restrictions. Read more here: http://ipadnerds.com/remove-app-from-homescreen/

Double Tap the Home Button... Then swipe the App (not the icon) Upwards... Tap the Home Button when finished.

DELETING APPS

1) Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Delete App

2) Touch the app and hold your finger down until all the apps start to jiggle. You will see a circled "x" in the upper left corner. Tap it to delete an app. When done press the Home button.

You cannot delete any pre-installed iOS app.

If there is No 'X' on any apps you have Downloaded... then check in Restrictions...
