Q: Blocking incoming voice calls

I have an iPhone 5 running iOS 7.0.4. Is there a feature/app that allows me to block incoming calls from specific numbers (but still show them as missed calls) and allow incoming text messages from that same number?

Go into the contact you want to block... then scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Thanks Ana but this blocks calls, texts & Facetime calls. I was looking to continue receiving texts messages from the number & show a missed call. My old Samsungs have a 'reject' list which allows these.
