I am getting duplicates of numerous contacts when syncronize by USB Cable. Contacts and Calendar are not synchroning automatically (Wi Fi) to my PC

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4

I have the same problem, so I've stopped syncing with my Outlook account and Calendar. I ended up with four different versions of each event and contact.
