I Received a late FaceTime and was watching a movie. It warped the sound. I thought it was the headphone but it wasn't I changed the headphone sound still didn't come out so I turned off my iPad and cut it back on and found out that restarting the iPad fixed the situation. Hopefully this can be a solution for you
