Video "Stop Time" does not work.

I've been trying to make a Tv show start and stop and certain times since iTunes has taken to putting Ads before and after Tv shows... Selecting a "Start time" works, but the "Stop Time" doesn't work. It is very annoying and its difficult to get any sort of productive help from Apple.

I'd appreciate some advice.
