There is no keychain app.
Your passwords used in safari, sync in the keychain over iCloud.
open safari and go to a page with a password.

You can access synced/saved passwords here:
Settings > Safari > Passwords & AutoFill > Saved Passwords

You can see the keychain contents on your iPhone if you go to settings->Safari->Passwords&Autofill->Saved Passwords. But the integration with Safari when you are actually viewing web pages should be automatic.
