I have a Jabra Freeway Bluetooth device. It is paired with my iPhone 5C. I can receive calls, but I m unable to make calls because my contact numbers are not recognized in Jabra. How do I do this so it is truly a hands free device?

When you say they are not recognized, are you referring to you trying to dial using the phone commands feature?
Yes. When I want to call someone using Jabra phone command feature, it will not recognize any numbers in my contact list. And thanks for your response.
If you have the phone disconnected from the Jabra does Siri work for dialing numbers? Remember that you have to have Internet connection for Siri to work, and that is what the Phone command is as far as Jabra is concerned.

You're welcome. I don't know what I did though, since you don't say if this helped or not. Did you get a resolution to your problem, or identify what the issue was? This kind of information helps other posters as they search. Someone else with a Jabra may find this thread.
If it's not already solved try this:
1. tap "Voice" on jabra freeway
2. after prompt say "phone commands" (Siri or phone's "Voice control" will open)
3. say "call ....."
note that this procedure work with "siri" (need internet connection) or with 'voice control" (without internet connection)
and is ok for my iphone 5s.
hay i am using iphone 6. i am facing problem with wifi when ever i want to connect my device to wifi router it says incorrect password or unable to connect. i have tried to restore iphone 6 with itunes to iso 8.1.3, i have tried erase reset iphone. non of them are working please help
DId all that but Jabra remained silent.
No way could I command it to make any call by voice commands.
If I connect iPhone to power in car, and use Hey Siri to call it works !
But this is not the way it is supposed to work.
Any help to resolve this problem is much appreciated.

I suggest that you remove the Jabra from your list of paired devices on the iPhone. Then, while looking at the documentation for the Jabra, reset it, to remove any and all pairings. Then place the device back into discovery/pairing mode and turn on Bluetooth on the phone. It should discover the iPhone and pair. If you had paired an older device with the Jabra and upgraded your phone, and used the same name for the phone, it can confuse many Bluetooth devices, requiring the reset.

At this point I suggest you contact Jabra support to see what they can tell you about this device and its compatibility with your iPhone.
I have an iPhone 5c that used to work with the Jabra Freeway until I upgraded to iPhone 6 and gave the 5c to my wife. The Jabra Freeway quit responding to the 'phone commands' prompt and would not make calls out. Thanks so much for the tip to clear all pairings on the Jabra and begin afresh. All is good now!!
Hitting Voice, getting back "say a command" works pretty well, although 1/3 of the time it asks to repeat. When using Google Maps directions it often follows every voice direction with "call ended." There is no call. Shut up. Sometimes it announces "redialing" and then calls someone or other in my contacts list. Sometimes it tries to contact some voice command thing which gets a busy signal. The FM broadcaster works okay for a while but when driving a bit some station interferes; I guess that's just the way it works so I suspect there is no solution. Jabra support *****; every time I send a question they tell me to reset it, which does nothing. A simpler visor bluetooth may be the answer; this one has too many bells and not enough whistles.
