I set up my voice mail with the password and a greeting then hit the "save" and says that it failed, what do I do?

This will be something your carrier will be able to assist you with.... could be something they have to change on their side with visual voice mail and normal voice mail... i had this happen to me when i no longer wanted visual voice mail... they made me type in a bunch of codes on the phone and it worked.

Just be sure to call your carrier on a LAN line or a different cell phone you are calling about.
