Q: Hi. Just tryed to sync my iphone and restore it by acsident. It wasnt my ariginaly and person who give it to me dosnt know itunes password. Wnen i put my pasword in for activate itits tell me "cannot be used to unlock this IPhone"

Hogwash, as such is impossible.

Doesn't matter though, as you won't be able to use this phone, & Apple can't/won't help you.
