Why doesn't my SD card show up on my computer after it is inserted?
iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
Check Finder>Preferences>General and Sidebar tabs to make sure that the option to display external disks is selected.
I'm having the same issue. I can see my photos on my camera, so I know the card works, and my other cards are showing up. I checked to make sure the display external disks is selected. Do you have any further advice?
Make your SD card is seated properly. Its sounds simple enough, but I am guilty of not seating it correctly.
