MMS Adaption Error

Is there a solution?: Can not receive MMS image (171kB) sent by non-iPhone to my iPhone 5. "One or More of the message components have been dleted by MMS Adaptation. Either the message was too large or the components were unsuitable for your handset." Cellular data is ON, Sender is not blocked, MMS messaging is ON, Carrier for iPhone is AT&T, Sender is on another Carrier
