Unless your iPhone has been jailbroken, or has been out of your possession for a period of time, it shouldn't be hacked. What makes you think it is?
Its never out of my possession but it is downloading apps on its own and now it seems like its running like a bad pc, i plug it in and it may take up to 2 or 3 min before it says its charging! And I opened a facebook message that was later told it was a virus!
And no its never been jailbroken bought it right from the store new!
Then it's not hacked and it's not a virus. Try the usual steps: restart, reset, restore.

If you try restoring from a backup and that doesn't fix the problem, try restoring to factory settings and, if the problem goes away, then synching your apps. You'll lose the app data and settings, but if the problem is due to a corrupt cache or settings file, that should cure it.
If none of that helps, your device almost certainly has developed a hardware fault and will need to be take or sent to Apple.
EDIT: note that if you have Automatic Downloads set up in the preferences, any purchases anyone makes through the same iTunes Store account an another device will automatically appear on the iPhone. So perhaps that might be at least a possibility for these "phantom" downloads.

Does anyone else share your Apple ID? The iPhone works in a sandbox environment. There are no know virus/hacks that can infect a non-jailbroken phone. If you are concerned, you can restore the device as new, which removes everything from the device and will install a fresh copy of the iOS.
