HELP WITH MAVERICKS

So I tried to install Mavericks, everything was going well till it said

"Install Failed: OS X could not be installed on your computer. OS X can't be installed on the disk because a recovery system can't be created. Visit www.apple.com/support/no-recovery to learn more"

Now im trying to just go back to what I have through time machine and it just restarts and takes me to the same process ending up with the same message. Can anyone help please.
