View bills on pseg li site
Since we updated our iMac to version 10.9.1 we cannot view our electricity bill online on the PSEG Site. We contacted PSEG and got this answer back.
I must say their answer feels like a setback.
Is this an Apple problem or a PSEG problem?
Please advise.

It has been reported that some customers who have recently upgraded their iPhones or iPads to the new Apple operating system, IOS 7, are experiencing issues with National Grid’s or LIPA’s web site. We have investigated and IS support has concluded that it is not our application or software that is the problem. The changes made to the OS/Safari as a result of the new upgrade are in conflict with our systems. Please note our web sites are not the only web sites impacted by the OS Apple update.
Available Options:
Reinstall IOS v. 6
Utilize a different browser
Contact Apple Support
Until Apple implements further changes, the IOS v. 7 platform will not be compatible with our web site. Many customers have had success with Google Chrome or the Internet Explorer.
