How much does it cost to replace optical drive?

My optical drive has suffered internal damage. I don't simply want to buy an external drive, but would prefer to have the internal drive repaired/replaced. What sort of cost am I looking at going through the apple store?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1), Early 2011 model Macbook Pro

Talk to the store for a reliable estimate, but I seem to recall from previous posts it was about $180 for the internal drive.

Check the iFixit.com and Powerbookmedic.com web sites for replacement DVD drives. They have prices and instructions. It is not difficult to install one.
