Q: Cannot print with mx330 canon on macbook

Hi there,

I recently purchased a Macbook pro with OS X 10.9.1 and I could not connect to the Canon MX330 printer.

I have plug in the cable from the printer to the Mac as I usually do, however, Mac advises me that the program

is not available and therefore the installation kit cannot be installed.

Alternatively, I downloaded the driver from Canon and this did not help to print as well.

I tried to manually add the printer from "Systems" --> "Print and Scan" and this does not install the program neither.

Can anyone help with my issue?
