Q: I have set up my comcast connection. I have the #10 near ny mail letter, but when I touch the mail letter it takes me to write a message. How do I access my messages?

I have an iphone 4. I set up my connection to comcast OK. I have 10 messages showing in the first screen next to the letter. When I touch the letter to retreive my messages, it takes me to a screen to send messages. How do I retreive my messages?
