Does the photobook program check that all my photos downloaded into the project, are correct image quality

I have completed my photobook project utilising scanned images of old photos, images from emailed photos plus digital images directily from iphoto. I am concerned that the images are the correct quality for printing. I experimented on another photobook program (not Apple) and when downloading images there were alerts on every photo stating that my images were low quality.

Does the Apple program assess image quality for print before you buy the book?
