I bought an HD tv show and it sounds and looks weird on my computer.

I purchased an HD television show on Itunes for 16.99

when I downloaded the first show it's glitchy and the sound tracking is off and strange

So I closed my itunes and when I went back to find my downloads and purchases there is no history of me

downloading the **** show

It says purchased but every time i try to down load anything it says i have to pay for it.

I want my money back
