My Iphone got a battery drain issue and hence it was replaced with a new device since we have the warrenty extended for 1 year.
The warrenty is getting expired by the end of this month.
Can i get the warrent extended for the second time as well..

No, you cannot extend the warranty. You could have purchased AppleCare+, but you would have had to do that within 30 days of purchasing the original phone:

Again, the AppleCare warranty can be purchased within the first 30 days after you purchase a device. This extends the warranty to 2 years. However, if you did not purchase it within the allowed timeframe, then there is no way to extend the warranty past the 1 year mark.

Nor can you purchase a second AppleCare plan to extend the coverage beyond when the first AppleCare extended coverage plan expires. A total of two years from the date of purchase of the iPad is the most Apple will provide.
