Pause at the end of a video

Is there a way to get iTunes to automatically "pause" a video on the last frame when it plays in iTunes?

I'm showing a series of videos to a group on a projector using iTunes. I have all the videos in a playlist and I am playing them in full screen. I already figured out how to stop it from automatically playing the next video when one ends. But I find it annoying and a little jarring that when the video ends, the video immediately disappears and you are taken back to the iTunes playlist window. I'd like it to pause on the last frame so I can let it sit for a moment or two before moving on to the next one.

Any thoughts?
