How do I re-instal icloud & icloud mail

mail deleted due to non use & problems with mac mailer, although I have an Apple ID, I can't log on to icloud as it was created before I changed my email address, have changed address in Apple ID but can't seem to do it for icloud as it won't let me log on. Actually a waste of time, but my grandaughter wants to upload some holiday snaps onto her iphone with icloud.
What error message are you getting when you try to sign into icloud.com with the updated Apple ID?
What happens when you try to create a new icloud account with the undated ID
You're getting the wrong end of the stick, when I want to open icloud, which is still on my system preferences, it wont accept my password, my Apple ID is fine & working ok. icloud has still got my old email address & I can't find a way to change it.
Unless you created a different iCloud account, you use the same ID/email address and password as for your Apple ID.
I suggest you contact iTunes.
