Q: I am using imessage on my phone but i dont want them to appear on my ipad how do i remove the number from my ipad for messages

Settings App > Messages > Send&Receive. Uncheck the addresses you do not wish to use on the device.

Repeat for FaceTime.

Use a free gmail.com address on the iPad.
