How can I cancel a purchase? I was billed on January 14th for an App with doesn't exist anymore!

I bought a German magazine subscription from Burda publishing house. I could not download it, therefore I contact the customer service of Burda. They were very surprised that I could buy this App, because they change it for another App a few month ago and they asked me to contact ITunes Store and to cancel the purchase. also I cannot find my ITunes account on my Ipad
