Q: ***** is my apple id. I have registered and purchased an application also with this. Now I cant login with this Apple id. I tried to reset my password but am not receiving PASSWORD RESET mails to my id(ashwinbalajiks1@gmail.com) also.

Hi,

 

I have created an apple id with use of my mail id last year.

 

I have purchased an application in my iphone also with this Apple id.

 

Even now my phone is running in this apple id only.

 

But I couldnt login with the credentials I registered.

 

Even I tried to reset my password. Am not getting any password reset mails to my registered email id

 

Application I have bought is before.

    We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email addresses from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).

     

    Did you have a rescue email address on your account that the reset email might be going to ? If you aren't getting the reset email (and you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox) via http://iforgot.apple.com then you culd try contact Support in your country via this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
