warranty issue

i am about to purchase a secondhand iphone 32gig, an the party claims that it's got an international warranty. the product is bought from Dubai and already got replaced for some issues. so if i buy this mobile will i get the warranty in india? if i do, which one will i be benifited with? only the service or replacement ?

(this mobile is used only for 3 months)
