Won't work unless plugged in, shaky yellow screen.

Starting yesterday my Macbook would only turn off it the charger was in and there was the green light on it. As soon as i'd take the charger out my computure would shut off. Now today the problem continues and also the screen is shaky/trembling and there are shakng yellow lines across the screen. I would call and ask what the issue is, but my iPhone is also messed up and the person on the other line of phone calls can't hear me. 😟 help.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

System Profile>About This Mac>More Info>Hardware>Power. Post the battery information. Do not include any serial numbers.
