MainStage 3.0.2 and MIDI Volume
How is it possible to send a (fixed) midi volume to an external hardware synthesizer ? I use MainStage 3.0.2

You can have an object in the workspace send it out when the patch is selected. Just map the object to MIDI Controller>CC7 for the external channel strip that is configured for the particular device. In the Attributes you'll want to set it to Reset to Saved Value.
