Q: IOS7 blocking problem?

I've an Iphone 5 and since the IOS7 is installed it's always blocking the system, at least twice a day. Everytime that it stays like that I've to shut down and start it again. Why is this happening, and what can I do to solve this problem?

Also, sometimes it shutsdown itself and turns on also by itself...

All this problems came with IOS7.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4

What does "blocking the system" mean? can you elaborate?

It means that when I pass my finger to unblock the display it doesn't respond. The only way to make a call, for example, is to shut down a turn it on again..

so the screen doesn't react to your touch? I would get your phone repaired/replaced - it might have a failed digitizer screen.

Yes, but only sometimes. Usually two, three or four times a day... I think that the screen is fine and this problem comes from the "new" operation system.
