If they are iTunes purchases then you should be able to copy them over to your computer's iTunes library via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases
If they were not from iTunes then there are some programs listed half-way down this page which should be able to copy them back : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991
If the phone hasn't been connected/synced to that computer before then you may also find this page useful (a phone is designed to only be synced to one computer a time, this page should let you connect it without it wanting to erase the phone and replace its contents with what is on the computer) : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3141
