What are you talking about? Do you mean people who work for IBM? Ask your HR department if they have an arrangement with Apple... I seriously doubt it. Do you mean people who have an IBM PC? IBM got out of the PC business years ago.
Yes, check in Connections, look for "Can IBMers get discounts on Apple products?". Check if your country is in the list and what options are offered (Apple Store, phone order, IBM Reward Gateway, IBM Discount Portal...). There are discounts from 4% to 17% depending on what you buy.
There are special EPP IBM "your country" stores that manage this.
