hi i have a canon scanner its cancan N67OU just wondering how can i install the driver of my scanner to mac mavericks

hi i have a scanner and its called Canoscan N67OU and im trying to get the driver but i couldnt get one . I have the cd software for installation but its not installing i think maybe because my macbook pro has tha latest operating system which is maverick, please if someone could help me on how to install the software/driver of my scanner on my macbook pro because i need to scan documents
