Q: HI ....I am trying to use my itunes gift card and every time i try to buy  a song it takes me to billing and i already redeemed the card and my money amounts shows..

    You might want to check the details you have linked to your account by visiting the website (appleid.apple.com) > Manage your Apple ID > Then sign in. 

     

     

    Once your satisfied with the information you have provided / changes you've doon. Try to make that purchase again. If you're being prompted for the billing info thing. Just follow the onscreen prompts. Click done at bottom of the screen to proceed.

     

     

    This happened to me once. I Hope it helps
