How do I reduce the safari window back to normal size?

I don't know how I made the window cover the entire screen, but now I can't get it back to normal and I have to force quit Safari to get to my desktop. I know it must be a simple fix.

iMac (24-inch Early 2009), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5), It's actually OSX Maverick (10.9)

Cmd+Shift+F

That'll put you in, or take you out of "FullScreen".

If that doesn't work, either:

Hover your cursor in the top right corner until you see:

User uploaded file

or hover your cursor at the top of the screen until the menu bar slides down into view and click:

User uploaded file
