😕 I cannot get to the settings icon. I'm not sure what happened or why it is doing this. I've hooked it up to the computer, I've reset it several times, and it won't let me to a restore back up because iCloud is on. Please help......

You need to enter your iCloud password in order to restore it.
There is nothing on the iPod to which I can type anything into, not even the search feature is working....
I used the Icloud locater feature to find and erase the Ipod and will do a full reboot of the device and see what happens...
You'll need to restore it from iTunes.
Ipod has no icons at all
