Not receiving security question reset instruction email. What am I missing??

I have tried multiple times to request an email that provides instructions on how to reset security questions. Each time I try, I get confirmation that the email was sent but it never arrives. I have confirmed that I am using the proper email address. Any solution to the problem would be appreciated!
