Cannot purchase the rest of the album on either the Itunes app or computer

On my Iphone after clicking "Buy Album" and entering my Apple ID Password, it says itts downloading. On the downloads pages it says waiting then after about a minutes it disappears and says "No Active Downloads".

If it try it through itunes on my computer after clicking buy it tries to purchase and then after about a minute i get this error message, "Could not purchase "Album". The Network connection was reset. Make sure your network connection is active and try again.

I have no idea why I am unable to purchase this album. I tried downloading 1 song from the album and it worked but there is over 200 songs on the album so i cant download the individually. Can anyone help me? I really want to download the album.
