Time machine w/2 drives

I know that Time Machine can back up to 2 drives but I would like to set one drive to only backup iTunes media and the other to backup everything else. Can you specify a drive and what is backed up on it? If so how would this be done? I know you create exclusions, can you do that and specify a drive? Thanks.
