payment processing is temporarily unavailable!!

can't access my credit card info.!! help pls. i'll just update my applications.. and boom! first it says that there is something problem in my billing information.. and i did retype all the info. and its says that "your payment method was declined".. and so on and so on.. then now this! "payment processing is temporarily unavailable!! help me guys pls..
