Q: VSCOcam I cant purchase preset from the app keep saying ERROR CODE 1115

I just bought the " limited time preset collection" $5.99 from VSCOcam app

I cant purchase this bundle from the app keep saying ERROR CODE 1115 _

when i go to restore purchase from settings the app says restoring... Then ERROR CODE 1115 then the app freeze
